This Is That

Sometimes we spend so much time waiting for God to do something that we fail to recognize when He is already doing it. In Acts 2, when the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Day of Pentecost, Peter stood up and said: *“But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel.”* In other words, What you're seeing isn't something random. This is what God promised. God is still a God who keeps His promises. What if the thing you're waiting for isn't something God still has to begin? What if He's already moving, already opening doors, already preparing the way—and you're simply waiting for it to look the way you imagined? Sometimes faith isn't just believing *God will do it.* Sometimes faith is recognizing *God is doing it.* *This is that.* Pay attention. Look again. God may already be fulfilling what He promised you. *THIS IS THAT*
