Remembering Whodunnit Podcast | Giles (Gildart Jackson) Interview | Its been 13 years...

In this episode of Remembering Whodunnit Podcast, Matt and I sit down with Gildart Jackson, the man behind one of the most memorable parts of ABC’s Whodunnit? — Giles the Butler. Gildart takes us behind the scenes of the show and shares what it was really like bringing Giles to life inside Rue Manor. We talk about his experience filming the series, memories from working with the contestants and crew, and some of the things viewers never got to see when the cameras weren’t rolling. We also look back more than a decade later as Gildart shares what he misses most about Whodunnit?, his favorite memories from making the show, and what it means to see people still discovering and talking about the series all these years later. Of course, we also talk about Giles himself and the lasting impact the character has had on fans of the show. For a series that only lasted one season, Whodunnit? has managed to leave behind an incredibly passionate community, and Giles remains a huge part of what made the show so special. As longtime fans who started Remembering Whodunnit with the goal of bringing more attention to the show all these years later, getting the opportunity to hear Gildart’s stories and perspective was incredibly special for us. A huge thank you to Gildart Jackson for taking the time to join us and help keep the memory of Whodunnit? alive. What is your favorite Giles moment from Whodunnit? Let us know in the comments.
