Mediterranean Crossing in a catamaran

Izmir-Gibraltar on a catamaran L400 S2 with a crew of 2 24 days 1 900 nautical miles Along the way we use the 2 hours on, 2 hours off, shift schedule at night. We experiment with heaving to in a cat. We also implement healthy meals based on dry beans, lentils and bread made of diverse healthy flours and real yeast... This is a simple crossing done on a tight schedule that let us see the beauty of travelling open seas by sailboat. From the Aegean to the Atlantic we enjoyed it thoroughly.
