常磐線前面展望 我孫子→土浦 ＜Cabview Japanrail JR Joban Line Abiko → Tsuchiura＞

This is a cab view of the JR Joban Line from Abiko Station to Tsuchiura Station. It is a continuation of the video I uploaded previously (   • 常磐線前面展望北千住→我孫子 ＜Cabview Japanrail JR Joban...  ), and features the same train. The character of the Joban Line remains the same as described before; however, as the train moves further away from Tokyo, the number of houses and buildings along the tracks decreases. That said, Tsuchiura Station—the final stop in this video—is still within the Tokyo commuter belt, an area that saw rapid residential growth from the 1970s onwards. Filmed in May 2026.
