I had the honor to work and learn from NWA'S WOMEN'S TAG TEAM WRESTLING CHAMPION! Missa Kate is such a badass, smart, and funny human! She taught my team and I the basics of pro wrestling like the chop, some rolls and running the ropes! This helped me learn and see the value behind pro wrestling.
