CLIMBING MOUNT SINAI AT MIDNIGHT IN EGYPT 🇪🇬

Welcome back to another vlog! I'll be climbing Mount Sinai for the first time and of course, I wanted to take you along with me to experience this beautiful place as I embark on this journey. Follow me as I start the hike at midnight with our lovely guide, Mohammed who was such a blessing on this trip. He looked after us throughout our hike. My legs felt like jelly before we even started the 750 steps towards the summit but it was worth it. As you can see, there were a number of pit stops throughout the hike. The short breaks gave us time to rest and eat for a few minutes until we continued further up. We also had a few cats who joined us on this hike. Overall, I would highly recommend this hike to anyone as long as you feel prepared and is well rested the night before because this wasn't an easy climb. It took us 6 - 7 hours to complete with our group. I would also advise advise to pack loo roll because toilets didn't provide this, a torch, spare batteries, plasters, extra layers (as it gets cold around 3am - 5am), a large water bottle, snacks, sunscreen, and wet wipes to clean your shoes.
