Can I learn Oil Painting? | Week 1

🍐 This week I stepped away from sculpting and challenged myself to paint small oil studies for the first time. Instead of aiming for perfection, I wanted to build confidence, practise observation and simply enjoy the process. These little paintings are all part of a much bigger journey towards creating a series of Dutch-inspired still life paintings and wildlife sculptures inspired by my own garden.
