Pilot Justus 95 fountain pen - writing

Sorry for the background noise, it was really picking up my computer like crazy. Ink is Akkerman #5 shocking blue. Not as much sheen as the stuff by organics studios, but akkerman bottles are amazing, with a glass ball inside to create an ink reservoir at the top. This pen is gimmicky as heck. I adore how it feels (it's a huge pen) and the pressure bar is a little noticeable, but overall completely unnecessary. This pen doesn't like to flex. I think the regular soft fine in the $85 custom 74 or 92 is a better flex nib. But this thing writes wonderfully, the striped barrel feels great, it's a huge pen, amazingly comfortable and not worth the retail price. If you can find one used for under $200, get it. But if you want to drop 300 on a pilot, get an 823 or 743.
