How I got here... 28 yrs old: Got my real estate license in Vancouver, BC, and started my first Google Ads campaign. Had no idea what I was doing. 29 yrs old: Eight months in, closed my first deal. Finished the year at $72,000 GCI, all from Google Ads leads. 30 yrs old: Started calling leads 9-11am every weekday. Tripled my income to $232,000/yr. 31 yrs old: Started a team. 31-36 yrs old: Expenses matched or beat revenue. Five years of running hard and keeping almost none of it. 36 yrs old: Got divorced. Moved out of my own market with one week's notice to share 50/50 custody of my son. Disbanded the team. 36-38 yrs old: Referred my leads out to other agents. I didn't live in the market anymore, but the ads never stopped working. 38 yrs old: Met Zia, one of the agents taking my referrals. We became partners. 39 yrs old: Zia became director of sales and ran the sales force. The team was back, and this time I wasn't the one running it. 41 yrs old: Subscribed to Alex Hormozi. When he announced Skool was his biggest investment, I looked into it. 41 yrs old: Started skool.com/ads to teach any business owner to get high intent leads, and gave the whole system away in a free video course. 42 yrs old: Realtors across the US and Canada kept asking me to just build their campaigns for them, so I opened skool.com/adsmasterclass and started installing 16 years of Google Ads experience directly into their accounts. 43 yrs old: Won the Skool Games and met Alex Hormozi. (you can google it) 44 yrs old: Sold the real estate business and went all in on teaching ads. Today: I still build, launch, and manage every campaign myself - Google and Meta both. No media buyer, no junior touching my accounts. That's deliberate. I can't teach what I'm not doing every day. I went eight months with nothing before my first deal. At 36 I lost the team, the market, and the marriage in the same year, and the only thing still standing was a campaign that kept producing leads while I wasn't there.
