RuneScape Reignited: A Fresh Start Worth the Risk?

RuneScape Reignited promises a fresh economy, new hiscores and no paid progression, but it might just split the game in two. Veteran characters keep their progress, and the two character types can share worlds and clans. Trading, Grand Exchanges and boss instances stay separate. I'm worried about what that means for established communities and whether RuneScape can keep both economies healthy over time. In this video, I give the optimistic case a fair hearing, work through the pessimistic outcome and explain what I realistically think could happen.
