Very Gentle, Slow, and Permissive Sleep Hypnosis

A simple and aimless sort of recording. There is no wake up at the end, since you're meant to listen to this before falling asleep. If I'm being honest, I think this is one of my weaker files. However, I am still uploading it, because there are parts that I like enough that I think it would be a shame not to. I hope you can still enjoy and find it relaxing.
