Kenny Rogers - Lucille (Audio)

A widow’s-black Southern Gothic stomp built on a lone acoustic guitar and a boot hitting raw wood no melody sweetened, no sin softened. The baritone voice drags the story of an absent woman across three counties of dust, pool halls, and cold cedar smoke until the only thing left is a pair of shoes and an open question. #KennyRogers #countrymusic
