Scenic Fall Drive along Missouri Route 8 - St. James to Steelville, Missouri

Driving along Missouri Route 8 from St. James to Steelville, Missouri. Route 8 is a pleasant drive with rolling curves and hills as it winds its way through portions of Phelps and Crawford counties, passing by Maramec Spring Park and the Woodson K. Woods Memorial Conservation Area. The fall colors are just beginning to show but have not quite peaked yet here in south-central Missouri. Video recorded October 15, 2026.
