The only way this can be obtained is with 100 Purple Pikmin, as Oatchi cannot get up to its location. We aren't currently able to do this with the amount of Purple Pikmin currently available to us. As we don't have a Purple Onion to propagate with, our only choice is to farm Purple Candypop Buds in caves. The Subterranean Swarm Cave in this video is a great choice for farming these. Rescuing Sammy does not unlock any new Side Quests, however, he is the final member of Chet's Research Team. Rescuing Boris does not unlock any new Side Quests, however, he is the final member of the Uncharted Planet Tour.
