Kattang Nature Reserve, Camden Head

I’m so excited to share one of my favourite spots on the NSW Mid North Coast with you today: Kattang Nature Reserve. It’s a rare, beautiful protected park near Laurieton that feels like an island sanctuary, bordered by the Pacific Ocean on three sides. I wanted you to feel the true essence of this walk, so I’ve left the background music out. It’s just the natural sounds of the reserve (our crunching boots), and the beautiful, changing landscape.
