One of the boldest decisions I’ve ever made was to set off on a day trip, all on my own, from Poland to Norway! Knowing about Bergen’s typically rainy and cool climate, I hoped that July wouldn’t let me down. But I did take an umbrella and a jacket with me. And I was right to do so. It rained as if on schedule – every half hour. But that was actually part of Bergen’s charm too. I managed to stick to every detail of the trip I’d planned in advance.
