RAMS One Size Does Not Fit All 1080p

One size does not fit all when it comes to RAMS. A risk assessment and method statement shouldn't be a document that's simply copied, pasted, updated with a new company name and signed off. Every business has different activities, different environments, different people and different exposures. What works for a construction site may be completely inappropriate for a warehouse, manufacturing facility, engineering environment or facilities operation. Effective RAMS should be: ✅ Bespoke to the actual work and environment ✅ Suitable and sufficient for the risks involved ✅ Practical for the people carrying out the work ✅ Communicated so everyone understands the controls ✅ Reviewed when circumstances change The objective isn't to produce more paperwork. It's to make sure the right risks have been identified, the right controls are in place, and the people doing the work understand what is expected of them.
