Hi, it's been a while again. I haven't been posting videos because a lot of life circumstances are too overwhelming at the moment. I still dance and exersise to the best of my ability but I have got serious health issues since many years and it got worse. I went from doctor to doctor for many years too. But nothing. Blood results were/are always very good but I still have all the symptoms. About a year ago I've heard and then researched about endometriosis. I thought that fitted perfectly to my issue. I talked very long with my gynacologist. She agreed and thinks I have it too. She examined me afterwards. The standard routine that also includes ultrasound. She looked concerned. I have a cyst that has the size of an orange. About a year ago it was only tiny as a pea. She said I should have an operation urgently. The cyst and all possible endometriosis lesions must be removed soon. In 11 days I have an appointment for the surgery in the hospital. I'm kinda excited because it will probably/hopefully imrove my health and life quality. But at the same time I'm also more or less nervous/anxious about the op and hormone therapy afterwards. It's a shame that endometriosis is so unknown even though every tenth woman has it. It shouldn't be a taboo. Everyday pain, extreme exhaustion to a point where I feel like fainting/dying all the time. And often times fever, all over all ill with nausea. Feeling like a prisoner in my own body and issue that I can't escape. I can't even describe how horrible it really is. On top of that a lot of people didn't take me serious because it's not really visible or known. Most of the people don't see me in the worsed state because I'm not able to go outside or just to function normal. In that state I'm not able to talk. Breathing is exhausting in that state too. When I felt okayish I unfortunately masked it, felt guilty, pretended as if everything is ok. I just pushed through...to a point where I just burned out. I want to change that. I should feel ashemed that I feel ashamed about something which is not my fault. Lol. So many women have the same or similar experience like I do with this. It shouldn't be and it's a scandal that it is so overlooked in research and the medical field. Anyways I typed already too much and if you made it till here, thank you.💚
PS.: Made this video 2021. Haven't shared because I wasn't fully satisfied with it. But yeah I'm ok with it now. I may share more older and newer videos. For now I hope you like and enjoy. Take care and thank you all for being encouraging.💖
