Spending 2.4k Dragon Krystals on MK1 Noob Saibot Summon Pack, will I pull him?

Actually I was saving my Dragon Krystals for Darkest Knight Noob Saibot summon pack but, this guy suddenly came and imo he is way better Noob than the Darkest Knight.
