GTA IV - Traffic Cops: Back in the Tollbooths

It's like it says in the book. Traffic duty can be either a blissful blessing, or a chaotic curse. Demonstrating a script mod that puts the traffic cops back into tollbooths, as seen in the Grand Theft Auto IV Trailer #2. Works for both regular GTA IV and for EFLC, the DLC's.
