Are Hyacine and Cipher worth it? | Who to Pull in HSR 3.3

Today, I'll be going over every character you can pull in version 3.3 of Honkai Star Rail! There are plenty of good options with a new healer, a new debuffer, and two strong DPS units to boot. Hopefully this will help you decide on what's right for you! (Also if you're reading this, how many times did I use alliteration when talking about the characters? Get it right and you get a heart lol) Hope you enjoy! More HSR content coming soon Join the discord!   / discord   Follow me on twitch!   / cpagan722   (Streams are Friday and Sunday at 9pm est!)
