I find that my work colleagues tend to defer many decisions to me over and over again. Sometimes all i would like is for someone to just step up and take the lead instead of asking me questions like, "should I do this " OR "What do you think", Sometimes Id like to hear something like," Ill take care of that". In this video , I share a few tips on ways you can encourage your co-workers to take the lead instead of waiting on you all the time.
