solo tarp camping in the snow

Went out into the backcountry during the final bits of winter here, setting up my tarp to give shelter from God's dandruff. Still getting used to sleeping solo among the wildlife, but each trip feels a little more natural. Didn't need my saw or axe this time, so maybe next trip we go even lighter, perhaps ditch the sleeping bag as the temps rise.
