In 1971, a quiet man hijacked a passenger plane in the United States, took $200,000 in cash, and jumped out into a dark, freezing storm. The FBI searched for 45 years. They never found him.
He called himself Dan Cooper. The world knows him as D.B. Cooper. He left behind a tie, eight cigarettes and a fake name. Nine years later, a young boy found some of the money buried on a riverbank. The rest has never been found.
This is the full story: the hijacking hour by hour, the evidence, the suspects, and the question that is still open today. Did he survive?
Watch to the end and tell me in the comments: who do you think he was?
