Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan's full speech at the NDA joint press meet on the AP local body elections, at the Chief Minister's camp office in Undavalli on 27 October 2026, with CM N. Chandrababu Naidu and BJP AP president PVN Madhav. The Janasena chief said seat sharing among the TDP, Janasena and BJP for the municipal corporations, municipalities, ZPTCs and MPTCs was a big challenge because of the number of aspirants, and that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu took the initiative - some persuading, some stepping back, some convincing - until the alliance reached a consensus. He said B-forms will go only to the finalised list, asked the others who filed nominations not to hurt the alliance's victory, and appealed to the people to back the alliance in the local polls. He listed Rs 20,397 crore of Palle Panduga works, Adavi Thalli Bata roads, the Jal Jeevan Mission extension to 2028 and a Rs 1.5 lakh crore rural development plan, and spoke about Cyclone Arnab arriving during the seat sharing talks.
