Come along for a Citation M2 flight from Sioux Falls, South Dakota (KFSD) to Jackson Hole, Wyoming (KJAC).
Jackson Hole is already one of the more interesting airports to fly into, surrounded by mountainous terrain and incredible scenery. On this flight, however, the usual views were replaced by clouds, rain, and a dreary arrival into the valley.
Adding another wrinkle to the flight, Vice President JD Vance was on the ground in Jackson Hole, bringing a Vice Presidential Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) into the mix. That meant additional airspace considerations and some extra planning as we made our way into KJAC.
In this video, you’ll follow the flight from Sioux Falls all the way through the rainy ILS 19 approach and landing in Jackson Hole aboard the Citation M2 with both Mike and me.
✈️ Aircraft: Cessna Citation M2
📍 Departure: Sioux Falls, SD — KFSD
📍 Destination: Jackson Hole, WY — KJAC
🌧️ Conditions: Rainy/clouds
⚠️ Airspace: Vice Presidential TFR in effect
If you enjoy real-world aviation, cockpit footage, corporate flying, and seeing what goes into operating a business jet, consider subscribing and following along for more flights.
