Council Police Pass Out 2025

Chalimbana Local Government Training Institute graduated two hundred ninety-five (295) council police in the second cohort. Permanent Secretary Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development Dr. Gabriel Pollen urged the Institute to make the training of council police an annual activity so that almost all council police in the country are trained. Chalimbana Local Government Training Institute (CLGTI) College Principal James Paipi said the institute is committed to developing capacity in the local authorities so that service delivery is improved. The Principal said CLGTI has strengthened its ability to build capacity of local authorities by training local authority staff, elected local representatives and chiefs through sustainable utilisation of the improved and extended Chalimbana Local Government Training Institute.
