Modeling on Small Data Using Bayesian Inference

Keith McNulty has talked about Bayesian modeling and how it can help us understand and explain insights when we are dealing with smaller data sets. This talk might be of particular interest to people who work with small scale or experimental data, but should also be interesting to anyone who wants to learn more about quantitative methods in people analytics.
