After leaving Dayo at boarding school on his own, it was finally time to go back and check on him. ❤️ In this video, we spend some quality time together and have an honest mother-and-son talk about his first days at school. Dayo tells me how he is feeling, what he likes, what he doesn't like, and how he is adjusting to this completely new chapter of his life. And I have to say… he's doing so well! 🥹 He's already making friends, getting comfortable with the other students, and starting to find his place at school. We also get to see him fitting his school uniform for the very first time — such a proud moment for me as his mom. ❤️ This journey hasn't been easy emotionally, especially knowing that I will soon have to return to the Netherlands.
