One apartment, two layouts

One apartment, two ways to lay out the living room. One keeps a wide walkway; the other has a big corner sofa and a warm wood floor. Which one? In this video we build both in EasyDecor, measure them, compare the light and the estimate, and walk through, so you can decide for yourself.
