Looking for the Lessons in Your Journaling

Taking the time to read and reflect on what I'd written about my life and experiences, and then really looking for the lessons that I was taking away from those experiences was really empowering. This shift in my mindset and journaling practice was more empowering that just journaling to put my feelings on paper. I hope you find this to be helpful. Trina xx
