Devil May Cry 3 SE (Dante) Mission 20 - DMD SS Rank (No Damage) - "The Finale"

the final showdown with Vergil.. what a stubborn SOB! i was very skeptical of the time during the entire run as the threshold for this mission is 7 minuets... by the skin of my teeth. Vergil in his final form is extremely irritating, i am strongly convinced this entire encounter is solely and 100% RNG based, one run he will spam the living crap out of his blistering swords and the next run he will spam that judgment cut rage attack as you see here in this run. The best advice i can give for this counter, if you have the DT Shockwave ready to unleash use it when Vergil goes into is hit DT form, with your timing and execution timed with Perfection the shockwave will knock him right out of his from, there is another exploit here involving the Straight move with Beowulf, you can trick Vergil or in this case the AI into thinking you are about to perform and attack which will leave him open for a quick stun lock of 3 moves in succession, there have been times where I'm performing this move and Virgil will immediately shift into his DT form. another great example, when Vergil is performing his Blistering Sword attack, you can use Ebony & Ivory shooting it once, this will force Vergil to block the incoming attack giving you some breathing room to avoid his summoned swords. when it comes to his DT Berserker mode always stay in motion, you can also attack him while he is in this state to keep his health from regenerating overtime. what a series this has been! i appreciate every single one of you fellow Devil Hunters and all of the support you have given over these past few months. i could not have made it to this point without it. stay tuned for more. we have a lot more work to do.. mission is far from over!!
