CHIKHALDARA | In heavy rain

The ride from Ghatang to Chikhaldara continues… and the rain isn't ready to stop. 🌧️🏍️ After making it through the challenging roads and fog of Ghatang, the journey continued toward Chikhaldara. The final climb took me deeper into the mountains, with heavy monsoon rain following me all the way. Along the way, I saw people enjoying and dancing in the rain — a completely different side of the monsoon. But as I climbed higher toward Aamzari, the rain intensified and visibility became increasingly difficult. Eventually, after a long and challenging climb, I reached Chikhaldara. By the time I approached the hotel, darkness had arrived and the rain was still pouring. After finally parking the Meteor and getting inside the cottage, I looked back at the bike standing outside in the rain. It had been one of those journeys that I know I will remember for a very long time.
