It is believed that during Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s third Udasi, Guru Sahib visited this remote valley along with Bhai Bala Ji and Bhai Mardana Ji. Here, Guru Sahib blessed the land with His holy presence and took a sacred bath in the Yargyap Chu (Bemech) river, making this place spiritually priceless. Today, this beautiful and peaceful Gurdwara is lovingly managed and maintained by the Indian Army, preserving its purity and history for all visitors.
