Does forgiveness mean we have to remain silent about the things that hurt us? For years, I believed that forgiving meant putting the past behind me, keeping the peace, and moving on. But lately, I've found myself questioning what forgiveness really means and whether I've confused forgiveness with silence. In this video, I share some of my personal reflections on forgiveness, the struggle to find my voice, and the complicated emotions that can surface when we begin speaking about things we've kept quiet for years.
