Where Is Wanda In VisionQuest?

Wanda Maximoff hasn't appeared in VisionQuest, but the show keeps pointing at her. Ultron calls her dead in the very first trailer, her initials are still carved into a table in an Edinburgh pub, a sword file says she erased her own family, and a kid in London repeats a sentence only she and Vision ever heard. So where is Wanda? We go back through WandaVision, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Agatha All Along, then through VisionQuest episodes 1 and 2, and what Terry Matalas, Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen have actually said so far.
