Real bats, heard the only way human ears can hear most of them. Bats call in ultrasound, far above our hearing — so these are genuine field recordings made audible with bat detectors, time-expansion and slowed playback: pipistrelle echolocation clicks and feeding buzzes, a Myotis colony's social chatter, and the slowed songs of Brazilian free-tailed bats. Nothing here is synthesized — every click and trill is a real bat, just shifted down into our range.
Runs a full 3 hours — one seamless loop with no sudden changes from start to finish. No talking, no music, no surprises.
BLACK SCREEN: the picture is there for the first minute, then fades to a true black screen for the rest of the video, so your room stays dark and your screen uses less power — sounds to sleep to.
Good for:
• A different kind of night sound for sleeping
• Nature listening — echolocation made audible
• Deep focus for working or studying
• A hushed, atmospheric background for reading
• Masking silence that feels too quiet
• Blocking out small household noises at night
Hushloop posts long-form sleep and focus sounds every week — subscribe for new sounds.

Listen at a comfortable volume. Don't use while driving if it makes you drowsy.
