Join us on this practical 4K walking tour through Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu, Hawaii – from the post-security area to the C gates!
We start airside right after clearing security (in the connected Terminal 1/2 secure area) and walk the straightforward path to Concourse C (gates C1–C9), often used for inter-island and some other flights. Along the way, you'll see the airport's open-air sections, shops, dining spots. It was weird, at around 8pm when this video was filmed, many of the shops were closed
Note: There's a free intra-airport shuttle bus (Wiki Wiki Shuttle) that runs to and from the C gates (and others) from level 3 in Terminal 2. However, we found it was actually better (and often faster) to just walk — even with a baby and a stroller! The distance isn't too long, as you'll see in the video, with moving walkways and a manageable route through the connected terminals.
Perfect for passengers heading to C gates (especially Hawaiian Airlines inter-island departures), those with layovers wanting to stretch their legs, or anyone previewing HNL's layout.
Filmed in stunning 4K HDR with ambient audio for an ASMR experience – headphones recommended for the ambient sounds, announcements, and footsteps!
🛫 Route: Post-security central area → Walk to Concourse C gates
✈️ Focus: Airside walk in Terminal 1/2 to C Concourse (9 gates, restaurants nearby)
📅 Filmed in February 2026.
