How to play Red Is The Rose on guitar

here is a lovely Irish song. originally taken from the melody of "the bonnie banks of lock Lomond", this song has deep Irish roots as far back as 1934. it is a lovely slow contrast to the faster rhythm of the Scottish original. this songs does have a few difficult chords if you are a beginner or haven't spent much time on bar chords but it is worth it for this melody.
