3 years alone in the remote Scottish wilderness

For three years, I lived out of a tent, walking the entire coastline of Scotland and journeying across all of its islands-including some remote, uninhabited outposts battered by the elements. Moving through brutal winters, gale-force storms and fleeting summer calms, this journey pushed me to my absolute physical and mental limits and achieving walking more of the UK coast than any human has before. Stripped of all modern comforts and facing complete isolation, I witnessed the raw, untamed power of nature and the far reaches of the Scottish wilderness. What began as a challenge become a deeply transformative journey. In the stillness, solitude, and unpredictability of nature, i found healing, resilience and a life completely changed for the better.
