Choosing your very first recumbent bike, trike or velomobile? We will arm you with all the knowledge you need to succeed at purchasing your initial laidback transportation. Set up as a virtual visit to a recumbent convention we attempt to bring you the total experience of a Spezi or Recumbent Cycle-Con though we won't have the test track. In Segment 1 we begin with our "Newbie Seminar". This consists of an independent panel of experts who will guide you step by step through the buying process. Our panel includes bent shop owners Doug Davis-Bicycle Evolution, Peter Stull-Bicycle Man, Kelvin Clark-Angletech, Tim Segard-Bent Revolution and Jonathan Garcia-Rose City Recumbents. In addition we've added noted bent celebrities Sylvia Halpern-Travels by Trike and Larry Varney-BentRider Online to round out this very savvy group. Segment 2 is where you make your virtual visit to the manufacturers expo booths. Most major manufacturers in the bent industry will be with us to pitch the one product they feel is best suited to you for that very first bent.
