"Will You" Official Music Video by Geoff Byrd

This is a song I wrote back in 2003 and released it on my album "Shrinking Violets" in 2004. Inspired by Queen and Elton John and it was always a fan favorite when we played it live at Dante's, our home town rock club in Portland Oregon. It never had a video and I felt like it was time. I made a new cut for the song as well. It went from 5 minutes long to about 3 minutes 30 seconds. I really like how it tightened up the song and trimmed the fat. I used AI to help develop these characters and animate the music video with a fantasy, gothic horror vibe. The story and the characters are based on a fictional novel I am writing called "The Secret Order of the Ancient Chimera" which is still in progress but these videos are helping me flesh out the story in real time.
