Pawpaw Winter Identification and Scion Selection

We have a look at some of my pawpaw trees while they are dormant to get an idea how to identify the trees in winter. We then select some scion wood while the tree is still dormant, as temperatures begin to warm up in February, by pruning up one of my trees a bit.
