Blades Stops At High RPM + Start Going Backwards

Hi Guys, the camera frame rate is the cause of these effects, it is not magic. This was the fist turbine I used for the grounded wind, it was a 24V 300W. All blades were changed to a Quieter More Efficient Design at the start of 2026. I received a Council Order to remove 10 Small Wind Turbines by 16 July 2026.
