Ranmaru, a Shiba Inu, is very perceptive. Thanks to this keen sense, he is adept at picking up on his family's next moves. In this video, Ranmaru heads to his usual cooling mat for a rest, only to find another mat placed on top of it. He manages to lie down comfortably in the small space left uncovered by the new mat, enjoying the cool surface; however, a family member soon approaches and taps on the mat. That tapping is a signal that the mat is about to be moved, and Ranmaru—quick to sense this—immediately stands up and trots off to a different cooling mat.
