In this demo, one prompt in Claude Code extracts the layers of a drawing in Forma to layers.json and puts the file back in the same Forma folder. The aps-da-acad-c3d skill builds the AutoCAD plugin, deploys it to APS Design Automation, checks access, runs the WorkItem, and delivers the result. It also works with drawings on local disk or at a URL.

About credentials (1:48 in the video)
The skill installs a hook that blocks Claude from reading your credential files: the .env file, .pem keys, and the signing key. Their contents are not read by Claude, so they are not sent to the model. The scripts use your credentials on your machine to call APS and do not print them. Your prompts and the code Claude works on are still sent to the model, as in any Claude Code session. The hook checks command text, so treat it as a safety net, not a sandbox.
