Sugar sheet technique cake + recipe

In this video you will learn how to make a sugar sheet cake. Basic recipe: 150g granulated sugar 1/2 tsp tylose/cmc powder 3 tbsp glucose, corn syrup or rice syrup For this 7 inch cake I have tripled the recipe: 450g granulated sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp tylose/cmc powder 9 tbsp glucose, corn syrup or rice syrup Food coloring Roll the sugar sheet in between baking papers or silicone mats.
