Delta MD-88 JT8D startup and takeoff

Delta MD 88 takeoff from ATL, filmed from seat 33A, the loudest seat on the plane! It has been my dream to hear these engines in person, finally was able to book a flight on a MD-88. I was glad the pilot throttled up slowly, you can really hear the engines whine up.
