I will show you the exact mixing ratio of White Cement and Plaster of Paris to make super strong, super white, and non-breakable toys. This is a full process video covering everything - Mixing, Pouring, Molding, Demolding, Drying, and Packing. MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED: • Plaster of Paris (POP) • White Cement • Clean Water (Normal Temperature) • Silicone Molds • Mixing Bowl & Measuring Jug • Weighing Scale EXACT MIXING FORMULA - My Secret Ratio: For a strong and perfect white finish, never use 100% POP. For 1 KG Dry Material Batch: • Plaster of Paris (POP): 700 Grams (70%) • White Cement: 300 Grams (30%) • Clean Water: 900ml to 1000ml For Summer: Use 1000ml water (batter sets fast) For Winter: Use 900ml water For 5 KG Bulk Batch (For Business): • POP: 3.5 KG • White Cement: 1.5 KG • Water: 4.5 to 5 Liters COMPLETE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS: STEP 1: Preparation Mix your dry materials (700g POP + 300g White Cement) together in a separate bowl first. Take 900ml clean water in your main mixing bowl. STEP 2: Mixing (Most Important - 2 to 3 Minutes) 1. ALWAYS add powder TO water. Never add water to powder. 2. Slowly sprinkle the dry mix into the water while stirring gently with your other hand. 3. Do not stir too fast. Fast mixing creates air bubbles. 4. Mix gently for 90 seconds until you get a smooth, lump-free batter like thin yogurt. 5. Let the batter rest for 20 seconds to release air. STEP 3: Pouring (1 Minute) Immediately pour the batter into your silicone molds. The batter with white cement starts to set in 4-5 minutes, so you have to work fast. Tap the molds lightly on the table 2-3 times to remove trapped air bubbles. STEP 4: Molding / Setting Time (25-35 Minutes) Do not move the molds. Let them sit undisturbed. In summer it sets in 20-25 minutes, in winter it takes 30-35 minutes. The mixture will become hot and then hard. STEP 5: Demolding (2 Minutes) After 30 minutes, gently stretch the silicone mold from the sides and push the toy out from the bottom. Because of the white cement, the toys will not break easily. If it feels tight, wait 5 more minutes. STEP 6: Drying (12 to 24 Hours) This step is very important. Place all demolded toys in sunlight or under a fan for 12-24 hours. They must be 100% dry from inside, otherwise they will swell when you paint them. STEP 7: Finishing & Packing Remove extra edges with a small cutter or sandpaper. Now your white plaster toys are ready for painting or direct packing for sale. WHY ADD WHITE CEMENT? 100% POP toys are weak and break easily. Adding 30% white cement makes the toy 3x stronger, brighter white, and gives a smooth premium finish. PRO TIPS TO AVOID MISTAKES: • Do not add extra water to make the batter thin. It makes toys weak. • Do not mix too fast or you will get bubbles on the surface. • Use clean and normal temperature water only.
