Top Gear (SNES) Review: One of the Best Racing Games on the SNES?

Top Gear on the Super Nintendo is one of those games that reminds me why I love retro gaming. Sure, you have Super Mario Kart. You have F-Zero. But I think Top Gear deserves to be in that conversation. With crisp controls, an incredible soundtrack, fuel management, nitro boosts, multiple cars with different stats, and some surprisingly strategic racing, Top Gear is much deeper than its simple presentation might suggest. And after playing it again… I have to ask: Why is this game SO GOOD?!
